FAHM IAS - Comprehensive Terms of Service

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between **FAHM IAS** and all users of its educational services, digital platforms, and study resources. By proceeding with enrollment, subscription, or access to any proprietary content, the user irrevocably agrees to abide by all stipulations contained herein.

1. Provision and Tenure of Service Access (Course Access)

Access to all **Online Courses, Test Series, and Supplemental Materials** is granted solely for the specified duration agreed upon at the time of initial enrollment. This access is non-transferable and designated exclusively for the enrolled user.

• **Prohibition of Credential Sharing:** The practice of **sharing, lending, or distributing login credentials (username and password) is rigorously and strictly prohibited** and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• **Immediate Termination:** Any evidence of credential misuse or unauthorized sharing will result in the **immediate and permanent revocation of all access** without any entitlement to a refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Usage License

All educational content, including but not limited to **video lectures, e-books, proprietary software, question banks, test papers, and pedagogical methodologies**, are the exclusive **Intellectual Property (IP)** of FAHM IAS.

• **Non-Permitted Use:** The user is expressly forbidden from the reproduction, public display, adaptation, distribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any resource without the explicit, prior written consent of an authorized FAHM IAS representative.
• **Single User License:** Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial, academic use only.

3. Financial Obligations and Refund Policy

All financial transactions for tuition, subscription services, and supplementary materials are final and subject to the specific criteria detailed in the **Cancellation & Refunds Policy** document.

Users are responsible for ensuring timely and complete payment of all stipulated fees as per the chosen payment plan. All fees are **exclusive of applicable taxes**, which shall be borne by the user.

4. Platform Conduct and Compliance

The enrolled student is mandated to adhere to a professional **Code of Conduct** during all interactions on the FAHM IAS digital platform, including forums, live classes, and chat services.

• **Prohibited Activities:** This includes, but is not limited to, the posting of unauthorized commercial content, harassment, transmission of malicious code, and any attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the platform.

5. Modification and Acceptance of Terms (Amendments)

FAHM IAS reserves the unqualified right to **modify, alter, or update these Terms of Service** at any time without prior individual notice. The user's continued access to or use of the services following the posting of any changes constitutes a formal and binding acceptance of the revised terms.
