Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs the cancellation and refund terms for all courses, test series, and services provided by FAHM IAS. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. General Policy: Non-Refundable Fees

Due to the **immediate nature of digital delivery** and the grant of access to proprietary course content, all fees paid for online courses, test series, and any digital resources are **strictly non-refundable**.

• **No Cancellation:** Course enrollment or registrations cannot be canceled once payment is successfully made and access is processed.
• Access Granted: Once the student is granted access to the Learning Management System (LMS) portal, no requests for cancellation or refund will be entertained.

2. Physical Material Policy

Refunds are **not applicable** for physical study materials or books.

• Damage Claims: In the event that study material is damaged during delivery, a replacement set may be provided upon submitting photographic evidence and verification of the damage. This does not constitute a refund.

3. Exceptions for Refund (Technical Errors Only)

Refunds will only be considered in the rare and specific circumstances of **duplicate payments or a technical failure** on the part of FAHM IAS that completely prevents a student from gaining access to the purchased service.

• **Procedure:** Any such requests must be sent via email to **contact@fahmias.com** within **7 days** of the transaction, clearly outlining the issue and providing transaction proof (including UTR or transaction ID).
• **Processing:** Eligible refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days.

4. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment to FAHM IAS, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this **non-refundable policy**.
