Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers the method and timelines for the delivery of both digital and physical materials provided by FAHM IAS.

1. Digital Content (Online Courses & Test Series)

All online courses, test series, and digital learning resources are delivered electronically and grant **instant access** upon successful completion of payment.

• Delivery Method: Access is provided immediately through the student's account on our **LMS Portal (fahmias.com/lms)**.
• Delivery Time: Instant. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Physical Study Material & Books

For courses that include physical books or study kits, the following shipping terms apply:

• Service Area: We currently ship physical material **only within India**. International shipping is not available.
• Processing Time: Material dispatch typically occurs within 3-5 business days of enrollment.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is **7-10 business days** from the date of dispatch, depending on the recipient's location.
• Tracking: Tracking details (Consignment Number and Courier Service Link) will be provided to the registered email address and/or mobile number upon dispatch.

3. Important Note

Delivery timelines are estimates. FAHM IAS is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as natural calamities, courier company issues, or public holidays.
